Wildmoka, which publishes a platform for television media to support their brand on the digital loop a first fund raising 2 million euros to accelerate its development and expand its presence in the United States.
Based in Sophia Antipolis, Wildmoka developing since 2013 a cloud solution that enables television media to enhance the key moments direct, promote their content on social networks and monetize their archives. Funded to date on equity, the young shoot loop its first fundraiser with three investors: Apicap, Contractors Factory and Starquest, with the support of Bpifrance.
"We decided to get in the middle of this year to accelerate our development. We just signed with an American chain and this is the right time to develop. We will double the team by next year to spend 40 employees and open an office in the US, "says co-founder Cristian Wildmoka Livadiotti.
Wildmoka, which will close the year with a turnover estimated at between 1.2 and 1.5 million euros in 2013 was born from the desire to Cristian Livadioti Menguy and Thomas, who had already assembled a company acquired by all Alcatel-Lucent to dive back into the deep of entrepreneurship. With a significant part of the team that composed their previous company, they then attack the media sector, where some players are struggling to make their digital moulting and show the ambition to offer new ways to monetize their contents while allowing users to consume media differently.

Many products make up their offer: Share Moments, Moments Moments Capture and Replay. With Share Moments, a clipping tool to select a live program sequence for the next post on social networks that Wildmoka landed his first big customer: Canal +, which uses the solution for its operation Instant Channel. Replay Capture Moments Moments and allow users or mobile users to relive some moments, like sports programs and create their own best-of. Other developments are under study, including growth tanks like the professional video market.
